Our Famous Roast Goosnargh Duckling
served crispy with Apple Sauce and Stuffing.

Slow roast ham served with a Chablis sauce

Traditional plate pie using short crust pastry.

Locally shot pheasant served with cranberry sauce and game chips

Served hot with hollandaise sauce or cold with fresh salad leaves and

Grilled Sirloin Steak ( £3.00 extra charge )
Tender sirloin cooked to your liking and served with mushrooms
